For use by faculty to propose changes to existing courses.

For use by faculty to propose a selected topic course (270, 470, 471, 570, 571, etc.)

For use by one department to notify other department(s) of proposed course changes and/or changes to curriculum requirements that affects the other department.

For use by Department Chair/Head to propose a curriculum substitution for prior catalogs; the change applies to all students in the major.

For use by students to request that another course be used to fulfill the USCP requirement.
