- We are targeting GE Areas A1, A3, C4, and D5.

- Are we just looking at written assignments?
- We are assessing the artifact itself?
- Assignment design is generally different, We may not use the class if the assignment doesn't fit.
- What are the characteristics?
- The letter to faculty would be a request to review the assignment.
- Students need to know they are being assessed but this will not tied to a grade and names are anonymous
- Students names are coded but we know the level of the student and other demographics.
- In upper-division, we would target a capstone assignment.
- What is our strategy and our next steps?
- Should we cast a wide net for all the classes?
- Do we want the syllabi?
- We need to draft a letter to faculty requesting assignments.
- Jack and Katherine will meet to discuss the letter. We should review previous samples for a guide.
