Academic Program Review
Home
Academic program review is a key component in Cal Poly's commitment to programmatic excellence and continuous improvement. The process is designed to support programs as they reflect on program effectiveness, recognize accomplishments, evaluate student success, and identify needed or desired program improvements. Academic program review at Cal Poly typically occurs over a seven-year cycle that includes a faculty-led self-review, a peer review conducted by external and internal participants, development of a strategic action plan, and implementation and refinement of the action plan.
